1. Raw materials:
All material is pure lead ore 99.997%, we will show you the details in our factory’s warehouse.
This is very important, because there are many factories using recycled lead ore, the impurity alloys inside will makes the battery quality not stable. Especially the arsenic element, which could affect the lifespan of the battery, we’ve been through this many years ago, so our laboratory spent millions of RMB buy aspectrum analyzer to test the alloys in the ore, all unqulified materials will be rejected.
2. Production process:
Our factory is one-stop battery manufacturer, we produce every components of the batteries from the beginning, including Plastic container, lead plates, acid injection, terminals etc.
a. Our laboratory: Have various instruments to test all materials before production, and offer us the test report according to customers requirement.
b. GEL powder: All of our GEL powder are imported from Germany(Aerosil 200), made in Japan, the quality is more stable. This helps to remain the water in separator for longer time, and longer battery life.

Many other suppliers using local manufacturer’s gel powder, not as good performance as us.
c. Plastic container molding: All is new plastic powder,with UL certification.
d. lead plate workshop: We produce lead plate by ourselves, to control the quality and our cost is lower.
Some factories only do assembling and buy lead plates from others, this is risk for quality.
e. QC: we do 100% inspection in each process, even after package, we will pick out samples to test the discharge ability.
3. Our R&D and QC team.
Our R&D is leaded by a very experienced expert in China, who enjoys the national government allowance and have great reputation in battery industry, we’ve applied many patents in China, like gel injectionimprovement, various types of batteries for different application.
That’s why our production line is wide, it covers 2V/6V/8V/12V almost all the application, we have the ability to develop new models according to customers’ requirement
